Many building owners choose to cover their walls after applying insulation with steel liner panel, drywall, plywood, or the covering of their choice. To achieve this, either faced or unfaced fiberglass blankets are secured in between the wall posts. Horizontal wood flat nailers are then secured over the top of the insulation, creating a girt or place to nail the wall covering. The wall covering can either cover the entire wall or a portion of the wall. It is common for a partial covering to be on the bottom portion of the wall.
